HOT PIES
HOT PIES!! Phew that was a big day! Mick Malthouse delighted the 270 strong crowd and we delighted their tastebuds. It was a massive effort but we did it. On the menu were pies - fitting really don't you think! We also had a new look for our rare beef and horseradish cream rolls. Again we used Sam at Bells Bakery to whip up her super soft bread but this time in a long bread stick. It was beautiful. We also did our very popular pulled pork and Kale Slaw sliders.
Thanks to all nine of our waitresses, always smiling and getting that food our in record time. We couldn't do it without them. It was a big day, Jo even worked up a sweat moustauche.
